Carium uses smart meter devices to improve patient experiences, health outcomes

Carium, a virtual care management platform technology, saw growth after the company launched in 2018. Now, they work with some of the large healthcare providers in the country. As Carium evolved and expanded, the team recognised a technology gap for patients who were unable to utilise bluetooth-connected devices for remote monitoring. goTenna secures $99mn IDIQ contract to enhance connectivity, improve operational safety

goTenna, was awarded a 4-year, $99 million (€92.89 million) IDIQ (indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity) contract with US customs and border protection (CBP). This small business innovative research (SBIR) phase III contract will provide US Border Patrol (USBP) and CBP enterprise with mesh networking capabilities, including radios and fixed relays, software solutions, training, services, and partner accessories. NETGEAR Inc., has introduced Nighthawk Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi 6E System (MK93S), engineered for mesh Wi-Fi (wireless fidelity) range and performance. The system, consisting of a router and two satellites, delivers 50% improved Wi-Fi performance over previous model and speeds up to 5.7Gbps (gigabytes per second). Accenture Federal Services secures $25mn contract to assist US Air Force in establishing ‘digital depot

Accenture Federal Services has won a $25 million (€23.36 million) digital transformation prime contract to modernise operations for Air Force Sustainment Centre (AFSC) including each of three air logistics complexes (ALCs) at Tinker Air Force based in Oklahoma, Robins air force base in Georgia, and Hill air force base in Utah. Using an approach that includes cloud, edge computing, and industrial internet of things (IIoT), Accenture Federal Services is creating IIoT enterprise platform for AFSC’s technology hosting environment for NextGen automation, a programme commonly referred to as ATHENA.
