Calix, Inc. has announced that longtime customer ALLO Communications (ALLO) has secured $650 million (€577.75 million) in sustainable financing, driven in part by their investment in the Calix broadband platform Calix Intelligent Access EDGE, Calix Cloud, and Calix Revenue EDGE. Sustainable finance is an investment that considers the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors of an economic activity or project. A joint venture between Vodafone Spain and SEMI, a Spanish industrial group, has been awarded a five-year, €25.5 million contract by ADIF to enhance the high-speed train routes from Albacete to Alicante and Barcelona to Figueras with 5G coverage.
