Ubiik, a provider in advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) and private LTE (pLTE) (long term evolution) solutions, has announced the acquisition of New Zealand-based Mimomax Wireless, a provider of communication solutions for narrowband channels. Calix, Inc. has announced that longtime customer ALLO Communications (ALLO) has secured $650 million (€577.75 million) in sustainable financing, driven in part by their investment in the Calix broadband platform Calix Intelligent Access EDGE, Calix Cloud, and Calix Revenue EDGE. Sustainable finance is an investment that considers the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors of an economic activity or project.
