They say that knowledge plus experience equals wisdom. In many cases, wisdom is the discernment in knowing when (and how) to use your knowledge in a certain situation. It points us to the reality that a wealth of knowledge or data, or information in general doesn’t do us much good if we don’t have access to it or process it in a way that lets us use it in the right moment. Since beginning commercial operation in January 2018, the second line of the China-Russia crude oil pipeline has doubled the yearly annual imports of crude oil from Russia to China from 15 million to 30 million tonnes.
