LuxSoft completes the acquisition of CMORE Automotive
DX, a subsidiary of DXC Technology has an independent service provider CMORE , which specialises in the development and verification of AI-powered mobility systems. Announced that it has completed the acquisition of Automotive.
Lucsoft announced a formal agreement to acquire CMORE Automotive on March 5, 2020 and received final regulatory approval on March 24, 2020.
This acquisition expands Luksoft’s capabilities for data-driven development, testing, and verification of autonomous driving and advanced driver assistance systems (AD / ADAS) for autonomous driving functions at levels 3-5, transforming AD for customers. / Strengthens our ability to design and deploy ADAS programs on a large scale.
DXC Technology executive vice president and Luksoft president and CEO Dmitry Rosinin said: “Along with CMORE Automotive, Luksoft will expand the reach of its AD / ADAS initiative, which will expand the scale of transformative AD / ADAS solutions from expanding customer fusion, sensory and driving capabilities development, testing and verification capabilities.
