Deltix announces acquisition by EPAM Systems Inc.

Deltix, Inc, announces that the company has been acquired by EPAM Systems, Inc, a provider of digital platform engineering and software development solutions. As part of EPAM, Deltix will establish a real-time computing laboratory to provide a centre of excellence for industry-leading real-time event processing and analysis. The lab will focus on capital market trading, risk and market data, as well as crypto trading, the Internet of Things and real-time signal processing.
