Huawei‘s HongMeng Kernel was awarded the Evaluation Assurance Level 6 Augmented (EAL6+) certificate as part of Common Criteria for Information Technology Security Evaluation (CC), the high security level available in the field of general-purpose operating system (OS) kernels. BT announced it has secured a seven-year deal with NATS, a provider of air navigation services. The continued growth in network connectable (also known as Internet of Things, or ‘IoT’) products offers great benefits to citizens, and a revolution in connectivity.
