GOQORO acquires IoT platform ‘+Style’ and related assets from BBSS corporation

GOQORO, a specialised IoT solutions provider, has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the IoT platform brand “+Style” and its related assets from BBSS Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SoftBank Group’s SB C&S Corp.
