Siemens launches upgradable 3WA range of SENTRON air circuit breakers

Siemens has launched two new additional versions of its new Sentron 3WA power circuit breakers, alternatively known as air circuit breakers (ACBs). Series 3WA3 meets the requirements of UL 1066 and IEC 60947-2 standards, which enables customers to use it worldwide. This is advantageous for switchgear manufacturers and OEMs (original equipment manufacturer) producing systems for both standardisation areas IEC and UL. DFS, Rohde & Schwarz complete nationwide radio modernisation programme with approx. 4000 air traffic control radios

Rohde & Schwarz has announced the completion of the Radio Site Upgrade and Modernisation programme with DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung GmbH for all aircraft flying in German airspace. The programme entails radio modernisation, Germany-wide with approx. 4000 radios at nearly 100 radio sites, connected to the four large area control centres and 15 international airports operated by DFS.
