Viettel claims to demonstrate the first 5G connection in Vietnam

Viettel and Ericsson claimed to demonstrate the first 5G connection in Vietnam. Speed test result shows Viettel’s 5G connection, which runs on Ericsson products and test devices, runs at 1.5-1.7 Gbps. The connection utilises the 3.7-3.8Ghz (C-Band) and 27.5-28.5 Ghz (mmWave) frequency. (more…)

Ori secures US$2mn in seed to simplify edge computing deployments

Ori, the company behind edge computing platform DNA, has secured US $2 millon (€1.7 million) in Seed funding in a round led by Episode 1 Ventures.
