Retailers across the Middle East and Africa spent $1.95 billion (€1.81 billion) on IT in 2019, according to the latest insights from International Data Corporation (IDC). The global technology research, consulting, and events firm forecasts this figure will reach $2.04 billion (€1.89 billion) this year and continue rising at a compound annual growth rate of 5.7% over the coming years to reach $2.43 billion (€2.25 billion) in 2023. TE Connectivity (TE), a provider of connectivity and sensors, its Fresnel lens fits directly to the Passive Infrared Sensor (PIR) on the AmbiMate MS4 Multi-Sensor Module, giving the device a detection zone of 4m diameter at a height 2.8m.
