Bettermile, HERE Technologies partner to improve last-mile delivery user experience, productivity
Bettermile, a provider of smart geospatial SaaS solutions for last-mile parcel delivery, and HERE Technologies, a location data and technology platform, have announced the extension of their partnership to improve last-mile delivery. Today, drivers around the world utilising Bettermile can now access detailed location data and geocoding from HERE tailored for fleet delivery on their devices.
Access to HERE location data is provided automatically via the Bettermile app, ensuring more efficient route planning, improved delivery rates and precise real-time tracking.
HERE location data and services are directly integrated via the HERE platform, providing Bettermile users with even more accurate traffic, routing, location and address data. This data is incorporated into Bettermile’s route calculation and real-time tracking. Every day, more than 20,000 delivery drivers and over two million parcel recipients in 13 countries in Europe, Canada and the USA benefit from Bettermile technology, which integrates with parcel carriers’ existing infrastructure with a suite of applications and application programming interfaces (APIs).
