RealWear has announced appointment of Chris Parkinson as its chief executive officer. Chris Parkinson, co-founder, and former CTO of RealWear, is mind behind HMT-1 (head mounted tablet) headset that started RealWear story in 2016. The HMT-1 was RealWear’s industrial head-mounted tablet computer on the market and catapulted RealWear into the spotlight for delivering an extended reality (XR) solution that worked for frontline teams who required use of both hands to do their work and whose operations demanded 100% equipment uptime.  (more…)

Oliver Tuszik has been announced as the next president of Cisco Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). With over 10 years of experience in Cisco, Tuszik most recently held the position of senior vice president of Cisco global partner sales and routes to market business, where he supported Cisco’s global ecosystem of partners and advocated for customer needs. Prior to this, Tuszik has over 25 years of management experience across Europe for Cisco, as CEO of Computacenter in Germany, and in various other IT companies.
