GOQORO acquires IoT platform ‘+Style’ and related assets from BBSS corporation

GOQORO, a specialised IoT solutions provider, has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the IoT platform brand “+Style” and its related assets from BBSS Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SoftBank Group’s SB C&S Corp. The agreement was officially signed on March 6, 2026.
This acquisition aims to integrate GOQORO’s advanced AI, IoT and robotics/automation technologies with the extensive service infrastructure of +Style. Beyond simple device control, GOQORO plans to fuse sophisticated AI solutions and robotics into the smart home ecosystem. By offering a comprehensive lineup from lighting and sensors to robotics, the company strives to realise “Future Living (Mirai-Seikatsu)” where smart lifestyles are accessible to everyone.
Under the concept of “Adding Smartness to Everything,” +Style is a unique IoT platform that engages users from the product planning stage. It has led the smart lifestyle market by introducing and disseminating innovative IoT devices to the market. GOQORO is committed to inheriting and further developing these unique brand values of +Style.
Following the transition on May 1, 2026, customer support and service operations for existing users will be maintained stably without interruption.
