True Digital Group strengthens TrueX platform through partnership with global tech giants and integration of 3 million Tuya users in Thailand
True Digital Group, China Mobile International, T3 and Tuya Smart partnership announcement
True Digital Group has announced a landmark partnership to take its living technology platform TrueX forward under the vision of “Empowering Every Home, Redefining the Future Living.” In collaboration with China Mobile International (CMI), T3 Technology and Tuya Smart, TrueX will evolve into a new, more comprehensive ecosystem for smart living with full support for over 3 million users of the Tuya – Smart Life, Smart Living application – enabling them to switch to the TrueX platform and enjoy a wide range of additional services and benefits.
This partnership will grow TrueX’s capabilities in fulfilling consumer expectations for smarter living – spanning areas such as security, convenience, health and wellness, hyperconnectivity and personalised experiences. By bringing together the diverse strengths of each partner, True Digital Group is solidifying TrueX’s status as one of the all-in-one platforms for home management and smart living in Thailand.
Under this partnership, the three partners will bring these unique capabilities to deliver enhanced user experiences across the board:
- China Mobile International (CMI) will bring its outstanding expertise in enabling smart digital living in China – with platforms, devices and features that are already fulfilling the needs of 260 million households – alongside new devices that offer new, artificial intelligence (AI)-enhanced experiences to TrueX users in Thailand.
- T3 Technology enters the partnership as an AIoT platform integrator, delivering impactful innovations that bridge smart devices and services from TrueX, CMI, Tuya and T3 itself into a cohesive and seamless experience on the TrueX platform.
- Tuya Smart serves as the platform engine of the partnership, empowering seamless interoperability of its extensive range of smart living products with the TrueX platform. This will integrate Tuya’s existing base of 3 million users in Thailand, providing one-app access to smart home features and exclusive digital living solutions as well as special privileges upon switching to the TrueX platform.
