AireSpring offers nationwide POTS replacement solution powered by AT&T

AireSpring, a global managed services provider and next-generation aggregator specialising in Managed IT, Network Services and Unified Communications, have announced it is now offering a nationwide POTS replacement solution powered by AT&T for business and enterprise customers who need to support analogue services that are facing rising costs and additional maintenance time.

The POTS Replacement Solution powered by AT&T enables companies to move their networks to VoIP while still supporting business-critical specialty lines that rely on analogue landlines such as fire and security alarms, elevator voice circuits, fax, security gates and more. The POTS Replacement Solution powered by AT&T is a cloud-based, enterprise-grade voice over internet protocol (VoIP) alternative that connects to analogue telephone and specialty data lines, converts traffic to IP, and sends it via an internet connection to the VoIP network.

AireSpring’s solution is powered by the AT&T network and uses a Data Remote appliance, which includes battery backup to provide reliable routing of specialty lines over IP, using existing broadband connectivity. The solution comprises:
