UPS/PDU Monitoring

Connect to advanced UPS/PDU units via standard industrial protocols or access UPS/PDU units with a serial interface via CLI and parse their status. Visualize unit operational status, active alerts and bypass mode state. Track per-input voltages, currents and frequencies, per-battery statuses and charge/discharge currents. Monitor remaining battery time and load percentages, generator temperature readings and other custom metrics. Provide alerting and historical trending.

Genset Monitoring

Connect to generators via any automation protocol, not just SNMP. Provide storage, visualization, alerting and reporting for fuel levels, oil pressure, water and oil temperatures, internal battery status, power output details, alarms, errors, and maintenance status.

Data Center Visualization

Design maps, forms, widgets, dashboards and HMIs in the integrated full-blown visual editor. Use 30+ component types, including complex components, like tables, video player, network topology graphs, etc. Graph data with 20+ chart types having thousands of configurable properties. Configure component templates (subwidgets), make use of 4 nestable container types with either classic absolute layouts or advanced HMTL-like grid layouts. Configure sizes, borders, fonts, colors, strokes, cursors, tooltips, etc. Add event-driver behavior to your interface via formula-based bindings between UI and server/device data.

Air Flow Visualization

Conduct thermal profiling and visualize air flows in hot/cold aisles. Handle hundreds of sensors via sensor grid modeling technology while making equal use of server/router/switch internal sensors. Build heat maps based on standard floor plans for tracking minor deviations and hot/cold spots.

Energy Performance Analysis

Model overall data center power KPIs and analyze energy efficiency. Automatically evaluate aggregated KPIs for multiple data centers in a distributed installation. As a result, benefit from Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) trends and reports.

Deeper Data Center Facility Management

Manage other data center facilities, such as water reservoirs, lighting, car parking, and other secondary systems of a present day intelligent building. Develop custom HMIs and integrate them into a main control room.

Access Control

Integrate with access control, fire alarming, perimeter defense, and other physical security systems for retrieving security alerts and incidents via standard protocols (like SOAP, SQL, CAP, SNMP, etc.) or proprietary APIs. Provide centralized security incident management and debriefing, manage security events using same workflows as applied for automation and IT events. Use a single point of Service Desk integration. Optionally, build a custom access control solution based on Tibbo Project System.

Video Monitoring

Integrate with Video Surveillance systems and add camera video streams and PTZ controls to control room dashboards. Make use of direct IP camera connectivity, open video popups from floor plans. Integrate with video analytics systems and use them as yet another source of security incidents.

Comprehensive IT Monitoring and Management

Data Center Supervisor enables comprehensive management of a data center IT infrastructure. Thousands of network management features inherited from AggreGate Network Manager include automatic network discovery, L2/L3 mapping, server hardware and OS monitoring, consolidation of network events via SNMP traps and Syslog messages, event correlation and root cause analysis, capabilities of business service modeling and SLA violation tracking, as well as out-of-box monitoring of applications, services, databases, VoIP, wireless infrastructure, and more. The system also ensures network device configuration and compliance tracking. It inherits hundreds of bundled dashboards, charts, reports and alerts.

Router and Switch Monitoring

Monitor status, performance and bandwidth usage of individual router/switch interfaces: all popular network hardware vendors, including Cisco, 3Com, Alcatel, Nortel and Juniper are supported. Use integrated charts, reports, alerts for both standard and custom metrics (e.g. fan status or voltages).

Traffic Monitoring

Facilitate bandwidth problem troubleshooting, SLA verification and capacity planning. View historical charts and reports for traffic/bandwidth. Employ network traffic analysis and browse detailed information on traffic composition (NetFlow, sFlow). Use visual network traffic view builder, alerting when network talks matching specific criteria are detected.

Virtualization Monitoring

Plan, consolidate, monitor, optimize, and automate your virtual infrastructure. Monitor vSphere, VMware ESX/ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V hypervisors, as well as guest virtual machines. Make use or out-of-the-box alerts for guest VM state change, high memory usage, high CPU load and extensive disk I/O.

Storage Monitoring

Discover and monitor RAID arrays, tape libraries, HBAs, and any other networked storage devices. Manage storage device health, operability, faults, capacity and performance. Forecast usage growth via trend analysis.

VLAN and Uplink Monitoring

Monitor and visualize individual VLAN networks within your data center. Track utilization and health of gateway routers' uplink interfaces. Enable bandwidth utilization trending and early predicted violation alerting.

IT Asset Inventory

Add custom attributes to network devices and system resources, use tabular attributes with custom structure and any length. Use out-of-box inventory information definitions (serials, responsible persons, notes, photos, locations, asset events, etc.). Enrich system alerts and events with information fetched from any third-party inventory system via any protocol (SQL, SOAP, etc.) Automate hardware and software inventory via SNMP and WMI. Get printable inventory reports automatically e-mailed upon schedule.

Advanced SNMP Management

Collect, store and analyze custom metrics from all types of SNMP-enabled devices, such as fan status, environment temperature/humidity or wireless signal strength. Aggregate, browse and filter SNMP traps. Load MIB files from different vendors into an internal MIB database, use syntax-highlighted MIB editor. Make SNMP device settings and traps available for integrated data processing tools, visual editors and third-party systems. See details here.
